Longboat Link gives you another option for those situations that are important, but not an emergency. It’s a new kind of local support that helps Longboat Key residents stay safe, healthy, and independent before small issues become big problems.
The program connects you with experienced professionals who can guide you to the right care and resources when you need them – and help first responders better support you when needed.
This is a unique program supported by Longboat Key Fire Rescue and delivered by Youthful Aging Home Care and its exclusive community partnership with Johns Hopkins Guided Care®.
